1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CreeperNodes ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, hosting services, and related products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

CreeperNodes provides game server hosting (primarily Minecraft) and Discord bot hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal activities.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam).
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with our Services or network infrastructure (e.g., DDoS attacks, network scanning).
• Hosting content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful.
• Using excessive server resources that negatively impact other users (resource abuse). Specific limits may be defined per service plan.
• Violating the terms of service of any third-party software or platform used in conjunction with our Services (e.g., Minecraft EULA, Discord ToS).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this AUP without notice or refund.

5. Payment, Billing, and Refunds

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you select. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Services.

All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy or Service Level Agreement (SLA). We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first hosting service purchase, subject to conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

Price changes will be notified in advance, typically 30 days before taking effect.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We provide an SLA outlining our commitments regarding service uptime and support response times. Please refer to our Service Level Agreement page for details and potential service credits.

7. Data Backup and Loss

While CreeperNodes performs regular backups for certain services (as specified in plan details), you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to restore data.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account and Services at any time via our client billing area. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or our AUP.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your data associated with the terminated service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREEPERNODES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreeperNodes and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
